What to look for in cold plunges

  1. 01

Chiller power determines how cold and how fast. Look for units that reach 3–5°C (37–41°F).

  2. 02

Built-in filtration plus ozone or UV dramatically cuts maintenance.

  3. 03

Indoor units need a floor that can handle 400+ kg of water.

  4. 04

Insulated lids pay for themselves in lower energy bills.
