The verdict
The Cloud is less a sofa than a soft landing zone: very deep seats, feather-and-down cushions and modular pieces you can rearrange as your living room changes. It's the original that the internet has spent years trying to dupe, and the real one still has the proportions right. Plan on fluffing the cushions and on paying a lot more as the configuration grows.
Why we like it
- +Extremely deep, sink-in seating
- +Modular pieces reconfigure for different rooms
- +Wide range of fabrics including performance options
Worth knowing
- –Down-wrapped cushions need regular fluffing
- –Larger configurations climb past $15,000 quickly
- –Seat depth is too much for shorter people sitting upright
